Hospice of Southern Maine is proud to host a series of Community Forums to guide community members on what to say and do when having end-of-life conversations. These free community forums will be facilitated by expert hospice and bereavement staff, bringing highlights from this year’s Thresholds Conference into the community.

Based on the presentation by leading expert Dr. Diane Meier, these forums will provide a step-by-step guide on how to have one of the most important conversations of your life with family, friends, and your physicians when every moment counts.
