Community Calendar

An advance directive helps ensure your wishes are known and honored when you are unable to speak for yourself. Please join us for this rare opportunity to hear Joan Lunden, and to learn more about end-of-life care decisions and the Maine Health Care Advance Directive form. Individuals, families, healthcare professionals, faith leaders, students, caregivers are encouraged to attend. Forms will be available, and facilitators on hand to help complete them.
