Topic: Learn to recognize how your actions and behaviors come across to others and how to adapt your style to improve effectiveness at work and home.

Michelle Wyman’s mission is to create learning opportunities that support and engage individuals in reaching their personal best (confident, competent and fulfilled) and organizations in continuously improving to achieve strategic objectives.

Michelle is a Senior Consultant with Lean East and has previously held leadership positions in energy, health care, and manufacturing industries where she has managed Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Team Development, Apprenticeship Programs, Technical Skills Training, and Human Resource functions.
She has extensive experience with performance management, competency development and coaching.

The ACE Breakfast Program is ACE's monthly event featuring breakfast, an hour presentation, and a follow-up discussion or workshop.
Our program is designed to meet the organisation's mission to promote its diverse membership's professional development through education, resources, and collaborative relationships.

Breakfast and is served followed by a presentation and conversation. Networking and skills building for Maine solopreneurs, business service providers, and independent consultants.
