The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Membership will be help Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 7 Academy Lane, Topsham, ME 04086 at 6:00PM.

2020 Annual Meeting of the Membership will be at The Highlands.  This event will happen during our January After Hours event like previous years. We will open the floor to the membership for any business they would like to take up.  Traditionally, the only order of business is the introduction of the 2020 Board of Directors slate.  In year’s past we have taken up issues like bylaw changes and such, but no such business appears destined for this meeting. 

A few key points about this event:

- Location: We will be at the Holden Frost House, 7 Academy Drive, Topsham in their second floor ballroom space.  Meaning, we will not be in the Main Lodge but this other location on campus.  Using your GPS should get you there (text or call my cell if you get lost (207) 649-5282.

- Parking:   There are parking spaces right near the building that we can use for this event, and also there will be parking available on the numerous village roads.  Signs will eb out for event parking. 

- Agenda: There are two items on the agenda:
1. Accepting the 2020 Board of Directors
2. Any New Business

- Agenda II: The Chamber After Hours begins in this very same location and will run from 5PM to 6PM, and resume following the Annual Meeting of the Membership at approximately 6:05PM- 7:00PM.  

- 2020 Board of Directors Slate: A proposed slate of officers and directors will be presented prior to the meeting and available at the check-in table. 

No registration is required to attend the Annual Meeting of the Membership as it is open to all member businesses.  
If you would like to register for the After Hours click on the CAH Event link.  Registration is not required but it sure does help for a head count of food and drink.
