Meeting Details
The Ambassadors Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, February 25 at Topsham Fairground Café 8AM to 9AM.  Registration is free; but a head count helps for seating. 

If you are planning to order food we ask that you arrive at 7:45 so we can order before the meeting begins.  The Chamber will buy the coffee and drinks if you are only having that- food will be on your own. No pressure ether way.  We will be in the back room. 

What are Ambassadors?
Ambassadors are chamber volunteers who take on a specific role for the chamber.  It will consist of a quarterly meeting to connect with each other on what is happening in the region with regular networking with chamber business members between meetings. 

Meeting agenda
At the meeting we will roll out the three Ambassador roles we are looking for and discuss the expectations of each.  Ambassadors are for anyone who wants to be a greeter at chamber events, a mentor for new Chamber members or help the chamber through B2B visitations.  Curious about it but not sure if you want to do it?  That’s ok, stop by and hear about it.  You only sign up for the roles you want, if you want them. 

This meeting will begin our quarterly meetings for the Ambassadors team and should give those looking for networking another outlet.  Also it will be a big help to the chamber to have a squad of capable volunteers greeting and meeting our members to welcome them into the chamber lifestyle and to keep the chamber apprised of the biggest issues they hear from their visits.
