Come join us at ZaoZe Cafe & Market for the next event in our aquaculture literacy series, a science café featuring Emily Selinger of Emily's Oysters. Learn about small-scale oyster aquaculture, hear Emily’s story, and try a couple oyster snacks from our kitchen. This event is free and open to the public; beverages will be available for purchase.
