Join Maine's First Ship for free demonstrations and displays exploring foodways of the 17th century: hands-on butter churning demonstration; display of sailor's provisions and cooking supplies; discussion with historian Mike Dekker of the impact contact and trade had on both Indigenous American and European foodways; open hearth cooking with Chef Sam Collins.
