Book discussion: Suze Orman’s “Women and Money” 5:30 PM Morrell Room, Curtis Memorial Library, 23 Pleasant St. , Brunswick, Maine

Please join us at Curtis Memorial Library on Wednesday, August 10 at 5:30pm for a casual and informal discussion of Suze Orman’s popular book “Women and Money,” as part of the library’s Money Works for Women financial literacy program. This will be a great opportunity to share and discuss your thoughts on money and finance!

In her book, Suze Orman addresses the unique relationship women have with personal finance, in a direct and non-condescending style. Designed to educate and inspire, Women & Money also offers a "Save Yourself Plan," a five-month program that "delivers genuine long-term financial security."  There are still a few copies available, so call if you would like to participate in the discussion.

The book discussion will be followed by a brief meeting of the Money Works for Women Investment Education Club, in which we will review, discuss, and answer questions about the online trading game. All are welcome to the Club meeting, no membership or prior attendance required.

This program is free and open to all, refreshments served.  For more information contact the grant program educator Ellen Hawkins at 725-5242 ext 216 or ehawkins@curtislibrary.com

Money Works for Women has been made possible by a grant from the FINRA Investor Education Foundation through Smart investing@your library®, a partnership with the American Library Association.
