The Art of Acadia A historical survey of the arts and artists of the Acadia region. This talk will include the role of the visual arts in the American Conservation movement and connecting threads to both the art and conservation of the Katahdin region. David Little received his B.A. from Southampton College; M.A. and M.F.A. from University of Iowa and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture.
Midcoast Senior College's “Winter Wisdom 2018” is a free lecture series is sponsored by The Highlands. All lectures are open to the public and are held at Curtis Memorial Library on Wednesdays (12:15 pm to 1:45 pm) in January and early February 2018.
