Chickadee Physical Therapy is an independently employee-owned clinic that provides physical therapy and wellness services that are always 1-on-1. We pride ourselves in using evidence-based assessments and treatment methods to instill confidence in our patients’ movement. Our clinicians create tailored programs to help patients meet their goals and continue doing the activities that matter most.



Our licensed therapists treat an array of conditions. Our four main areas of expertise include:
