Winship Green Center for Health and Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates Inc., is a 72-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located near the historic downtown area of Bath, ME. The Center’s Passport Rehabilitation Unit is ideal for patients transitioning from an acute care hospital stay, but needing further rehabilitation. Programs are tailored to fit an individual’s needs to heal and prepare for a safe return home. Additionally, Winship Green provides long-term nursing care in a comfortable and caring environment.
