In this 3 hour course, learn what it takes to successfully raise chicks to egg laying adulthood. Instruction includes fencing and other predator deterrents, feeders and waterers, along with a demonstration of what to feed and how often to water. Housing will be discussed along with a demo of different types of an M.C.U. (Mobile Chicken Unit). Meat production will not include slaughtering, but you will get addresses of places to transport your birds for same.
