You’ve worked incredibly hard to establish and grow your business, but have you ever thought about your end game? You might not be thinking of selling your business any time soon, but it is still important to understand your business’s value. Eventually, you’ll want to walk away and cash out or be able to hand over a functional company to the next generation. Either way, you’ll want to know your business’s Sellability Profile.  

Even though you have no intention of selling your business soon there are four key reasons why you should attend:

1. It typically takes 3-5 years to get a business ready for a lucrative sale.
2. An opportunity may come along that you may want to grab and realize maximum value.
3. Life happens; we all will exit our business.... but not always as planned so you should always be striving to be ready.
4. If your business is in great shape for a sale then it means you are running it at maximum potential and realizing the benefits every day.

During this session Bob will explain the eight key metrics that are used to determine how ready your business is to sell.  Using a computer model these metrics are weighted and an overall sellability score is developed.  All attendees will be eligible for free access to the online Sellability Score evaluation.
