On April 16, National Healthcare Decisions Day, Mid Coast Senior Health Center will be hosting a free public seminar on the importance of advance healthcare decision-making. This free interactive seminar will offer instruction on how to complete the Maine Health Care Advanced Directive Form, including the healthcare power of attorney and living will forms. The event will take place from 10:00 to noon at the Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive, in Brunswick.
