Finally, we will be asking for your feedback on an assessment tool to help gauge a company's possible fit with SBIR/STTR programs and ask you to identify potential companies to join our general SBIR/STTR workshops planned for December and January. Running Start Program Returns to Bowdoin College

Mid Coast Hospital’s Community Health and Wellness department is pleased to announce the Running Start program at Bowdoin College has returned. Led by Clinical Exercise Physiologists, the supervised fitness program has two parts. The track program incorporates proper warm-up techniques, stretching, calisthenics and aerobic exercises tailored to individual needs. The pool program offers shallow water aerobics and/or lap swimming. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays.
